WaveReviews.ca is a subsidiary of iOPW Inc., a company governed by the rules and regulations of Ontario, Canada.

WaveReviews.ca is open to all people. To win a contest, you must be 18 or over. The opportunity to enter the Contest is personal to the original reviewer of the exhibitor and any attempted transfer is void and will not result in a Contest entry.

Employees of the contest Sponsor, its agencies or any entity involved in the development, production or administration of the Contest are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law.

Entries become the sole property of Wave Reviews. By submitting an entry/product review, you grant Wave Reviews a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicenseable right and license to use, perform, exhibit, reproduce and otherwise exploit the entry/product review (including the photo or video, if any) in any and all media, without notice or compensation to both Wave Reviews and the Exhibitor reviewed.

Wave Reviews and its agencies are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible/garbled, inaccessible, damaged or misdirected entries or Contest email invitations, all of which are void. Wave Reviews is also not responsible for (a) programming, electronic, technological, telephonic, network or other malfunction, error or failure which in any way affects or interferes with the operation of the Contest (including the receipt of entries/product reviews/photos or videos) or Wave Reviews website itself or (b) any mechanical, programming, typographical, printing or other error of any kind affecting a Contest email invitation.

Entry will also be deemed void and will be disqualified if product review and photo or video (if applicable) is determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion to be inappropriate, profane or unfit for publication, to advocate alcohol/drug use, violence or illegal conduct, if it disparages brands, or violates the rights of any third party.

WINNER DETERMINATION. On December 16th, 2019, the first draw will be held and the prize winner will be notified, from December 17th, 2019, until January 16th, 2020, two random draws will be held and awarded, and from January 17th until January 26th, 2020, during the Toronto Boat Show, Wave Reviews will hold a series of random draws from among all eligible entries/product reviews received. For the avoidance of doubt, provided that the product review/photo or video (if applicable) is in compliance with these Official Rules, the content of the product review/photo or video (if applicable) will not be taken into account in selecting the prize winner. Potential winner will be contacted via email and may also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) and/or documents confirming/perfecting/effecting the Sponsor’s ownership rights in the entry/product review (perhaps including permissions from third parties) and/or additional representations/warranties as to the accuracy of product review, within (3) business days. If the winner cannot be contacted for any reason, is determined to be ineligible or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among all the remaining eligible entries received for the random draw. By participating, the entrants agree to these Official Rules & decisions of Wave Reviews and its agencies, which are final & binding in all respects.
Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitution is permitted. Applicable taxes on prize (if any) and unspecified expenses related on acceptance/use of prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Residents of Quebec, Canada, are not eligible to participate in any contest offered by Wave Reviews and / or any business using the Wave Reviews platform.

By accepting the prize, where legal, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image for advertising/trade/publicity purposes by Wave Reviews and its designees without further compensation or notice. By participating, the entrant releases and agrees to hold Wave Reviews harmless, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (including all Sponsors), from any and all liability arising from the Contest or acceptance, receipt or use/misuse of the prize. If the Contest cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond Wave Reviews control (e.g., computer virus or act of fraud), Wave Reviews may cancel/suspend/modify the Contest and pick the winner from among all eligible entries/product reviews received prior to and/or after action taken by Wave Reviews or otherwise in a manner determined by Wave Reviews in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate, and consistent with these Official Rules; Wave Reviews will notify all registered entrants of such action via email. Tampering with the Contest, Contest email invitations, The Wave Reviews web site, violation of these Official Rules or any attempt to defraud Wave Reviews will result in a disqualification; but, the disqualification shall not represent the sole remedy available to Wave Reviews. Wave Reviews failure to enforce any provision of these Rules is NOT a waiver of such provision. Any dispute or claim regarding the Contest will be resolved pursuant to the internal, substantive law of Ontario, Canada. Any such dispute/claim must be brought individually (NOT as part of a class action) in Ontario, Canada, with recovery being limited to one’s actual costs in participating in the Contest with all damages or other forms of recovery being expressly waived.
